Kami adalah Lembaga Pendidikan yang telah berpengalaman bertahun-tahun di Indonesia. Lembaga Pendidikan kami EF (English First) membutuhkan tenaga muda, terampil dan profesional untuk bergabung bersama kami untuk posisi berikut
Supervision: Reports to Center Director and Director of Studies or their deputies Working hours and location: 40 hours per week to be arranged by the Director of Studies. Teachers may be asked to work split shifts (morning and evening) both in the center and off-site.

- Meet regularly with the Director of Studies
- Assist the Director of Studies, when requested, with the development and marketing of courses
- And with the induction and mentoring of teaching staff
- Support other teachers and share teaching ideas and activities
- Assist in covering classes for fellow teachers who are ill or on leave
- Maintain an environment of cooperation and open communication
- Always be approachable and friendly to students and customers
- Maintain a high standard of professional conduct towards students and customers
- Communicate with customers about the center’s aims and objectives
- Teach up to 36 academic hours (24 real hours) per week.
- Carry out the timetable of classes assigned by the Director of Studies
- Always give lessons to the highest standards of English language teaching
- Become familiar with the programs and courses of study at the center
- Use the course materials adopted by the center for each course assigned, and supplement as
- necessary
- Begin and end classes on time
- Administer tests and assessments according to the center’s procedures
- Prepare lesson plans and have materials ready before classes begin
- Carry out teaching-related responsibilities, including demonstration lessons and conversation
- clubs.
- Maintain student and class records
- Complete student progress reports and certificates according to the center’s procedures
- Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students
- Take on administrative work and projects as directed by the Director of Studies
- Keep equipment and resources in good condition
- Be familiar with the administrative procedures employed by the center
- Help to organize and/or participate in center social and marketing events
- Regularly evaluate own performance and progress
- Attend and participate in seminars and workshops in teacher development arranged by the center
- Be observed by the Director of Studies and teaching colleagues
- Improve teaching skills through sharing knowledge with colleagues, using teaching resources both
- in the center and over the internet
- Maximum 30 years old with good appearance.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills towards students, parents and other colleagues.
- Experienced in teaching English would be a preference.
